  All staff were so helpful and absolutely lovely. It was my first experience trying on wedding dresses so anywhere else I go will have a lot to live up to.

  I purchased a dress from here but unfortunately my wedding did not take place. Considering a cancellation of a wedding is upsetting enough I was disgusted at the service provided by Emma Bridal. I bought the dress "off the rack" so expected some small marks but was not notified of what looks like blood on the back! It was only noticed once taken home. This doesn't just look like off the rack, it looks used. I also purchased a belt with the dress which cost £100. This was supposed to be new but has threading coming out of it and the box was battered. A lot of money had been spent on this dress and I am not happy that when asked how it could be rectified, we were told we would have to pay for it to be cleaned. All of the excitement of the day and their good selling techniques shifted my attention from this, shame on them and I have learnt my lesson! Would not recommended this bridal shop, all is well until you have a problem.
