- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-12-30, by Kenneth StratfordMy wife, Elinor, needed a new 'phone as an upgrade with ID. We had 1st class service from Jackie, Alex and Luke. They gave her all options and when she chose the Nokia 6 Alex talked her all the way through it and gave her good advice. Can't speak too highly of them. I will be having an upgrade in February and I will most definitely go to CW for mine. Unreservedly recommended.
